A natural negotiator, Erryonna Leonard, enjoys advocating for her clients. She strives to meet the unique needs of each company she serves.

“I’ve been a negotiator as long as I can remember,” she said. “Whether negotiating my allowance or swapping candy with kids in school. In high school, passion for negotiation led me to set my sights on a career as an attorney.”

Before joining Hedrick Gardner, Erryonna defended clients at a Charleston, West Virginia firm. She was a student clinician of the Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic. She completed an Externship for the Honorable Frank W. Volk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of WV. During undergrad, Erryonna spent a semester studying abroad in Strasbourg, France

When not practicing law, Erryonna enjoys watching sports, especially the WVU Mountaineers. If there is no game on, you may find her reading, trying new restaurants, or traveling to historical sites.
