Biography

Montgomery Fletcher values professionalism. With a keen ability to understand the big picture, he guides his clients through the intricacies of each challenge they face.

A high school mock trial team kindled Montgomery’s interest in law. His desire to pursue a career as an attorney was solidified while serving as a Staff Counsel in the Office of the Undergraduate Student Attorney General at UNC. 

During law school, Montgomery completed both an internship and externship with the General Counsel and Legal Department of the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer. He also completed an internship with the General Counsel of the North Carolina Office of State Human Resources.

Before joining Hedrick Gardner, Montgomery worked in the Tort Claims Section of the North Carolina Department of Justice.

When not practicing law, Montgomery enjoys playing tennis and golf, listening to economics and history podcasts, watching Formula One, and traveling.
