Stuart Thaman

Attorney at Law

Stuart brings a robust cross-industry background to his law practice. He enjoys new challenges, and his diverse experience includes teaching German, psychology, and philosophy, writing approximately 20 published books, and shredding guitar in a local metal band. His clients can expect the same degree of multi-dimensional research and focused intent in approaching the best possible outcome for each matter.

Much of Stuart’s prior experience was in Kentucky, where he graduated from Chase College of Law having published his thesis on Sandmann v. Washington Post, et. al. After starting his own law firm, he worked at a few other firms in the Lexington area, primarily handling matters in medical malpractice and insurance claims. He enjoys the high-stakes aspects of complex litigation cases and is comfortable with appellate hearings and trials.

His adventurous spirit and propensity for a good challenge draws him to mountaineering, hiking, and camping for recreational activities. His favorite vacation spot is the boreal landscapes of Alaska.
