Noelle Dyalsingh’s passion for the law began in an introductory American law course she took as a prerequisite for her health law class. She enjoyed the complexity of the law and the challenge of building an argument and explaining it clearly. Today, as an associate in Hedrick Gardner’s Charlotte office, she channels that enthusiasm into helping employers and insurers navigate North Carolina workers’ compensation claims.
After graduating undergrad with a degree in health services management, she worked in healthcare through law school, first as a practice assistant in a high-volume Mass General Brigham practice and then as a clinical operations coordinator at WorldCare International. There she managed the intake of medical records, imaging, and pathology materials, and served as the main point of contact for patients, providers, and partner organizations. That experience gave her firsthand knowledge of how medical records are created, gathered, and organized. It is a practical asset in workers’ compensation matters, where a claimant’s treatment history often shapes the direction of a case.
Noelle earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston while working full-time and attending classes in the evenings. During her final years of law school, she worked as a litigation paralegal for the City of Boston. She drafted, cite-checked, and proofread memoranda, motions, and briefs, and supported attorneys through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation in state and federal courts. What she values most about practicing law is that there is always something new to learn and room to keep growing as a professional.
Outside work, she enjoys cooking and baking, trying new restaurants, reading psychological thrillers, and listening to true crime podcasts.
