Brandon Arrieta leans into the complex aspects of civil litigation and leverages his strong passion for writing and persuasive advocacy. He thrives on the opportunity to scrupulously analyze matters and advocate wholeheartedly for his clients.
Raised on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, Brandon earned his Juris Doctor from the Joseph F. Rice School of Law. While in law school, he spent more than two years clerking for a boutique plaintiffs’ firm. In that role, he gained extensive exposure to high-profile cases, including multi-million-dollar trials, and actively contributed to a wide range of trial proceedings. Concurrently, he participated in the Judicial Observation and Experience Program under the Honorable Daniel Coble, gaining valuable firsthand insight into civil courtroom proceedings.
Outside the office, Brandon enjoys hiking, fishing, and traveling with his wife and daughter. Their travels have taken the family to many places, though his favorite remains the beaches of the Lowcountry.
