Carolyn Bencini embodies the attitude of a problem-solver. While she enjoys the complexity of cases and the process of developing a sound argument, she ultimately desires to simplify the legal process as she helps clients navigate each matter.
Her fascination with the intricacies of the court system and how cases are processed led her to pursue her JD at Campbell Law School, where she won multiple awards on the Moot Court team and was inducted as a member of the Order of Barristers. Her experience includes time as a clerk at a law firm in Raleigh where she contributed to case preparation across multiple stages of litigation, and as a legal intern where she provided pro bono legal services and assisted with appeals and hearings.
In her free time, Carolyn enjoys attending UNC sports games and cheering on her alma mater, and visiting family and friends.
