His practice history includes time as an Assistant Attorney General for the North Carolina Department of Justice as well as representing hundreds of individuals and corporations, primarily in negligence claims. Initially, his practice leaned toward representing individuals struggling to find quality representation, but has gradually become more involved in complicated cases such as medical malpractice and construction litigation.
Outside work, Daniel continuously studies history, enjoys cooking, and is constantly scouring the Raleigh area to find the best playgrounds for his young daughter to enjoy. You might find him oceanside building sandcastles with his family when on vacation.
