Danielle is a fiercely loyal person — many of her closest friends today are the same ones she grew up with in her Appalachian hometown. That same loyalty defines her approach to her work: she is committed to standing by her clients, understanding their needs, and advocating for them with dedication and persistence. She welcomes the challenge of crafting arguments, thinking on her feet, and presenting persuasive advocacy on behalf of each client.
Before joining Hedrick Gardner, Danielle spent two years clerking for Chief United States Magistrate Judge Gregory B. Wormuth in the District of New Mexico, where she worked on a wide range of complex civil cases, including insurance disputes, tort claims, and civil rights litigation. Her experience assisting in the preparation of orders addressing discovery and dispositive motions affords her invaluable insight into how judges approach and resolve disputes, insight that informs her practice today. She also served as a judicial extern to Senior Judge R. Guy Cole Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, further shaping her thoughtful and strategic approach to client advocacy.
When she’s not practicing law, Danielle enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and exploring new restaurants. In the fall, you’ll usually find her cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, West Virginia Mountaineers, and Ohio State Buckeyes.
