Emily is committed to strategic problem-solving and tackling the complexities involved in each case that crosses her desk. Her ability to craft persuasive arguments and provide effective advocacy for her clients characterizes her legal work, with the ultimate goal of resolution through negotiation or trial. She likens each case to a puzzle, synthesizing facts, law, and strategy to craft compelling arguments.
Her experience includes advising clients on a wide range of civil litigation matters regarding landlord-tenant matters, defamation, collections, HOA disputes, and construction litigation.
In her personal time, Emily enjoys exploring parks and restaurants with her husband and son, immersing herself in live theater and reading, and vacationing at Universal Parks in Orlando, Florida. She is also a published author of three grimdark fantasy novels—The Guileful Rose, Winterthorne’s Shards, and The Griffin and the Rose, with more books scheduled for future publication.
