With the consistently changing tides of laws and regulations, Kayla Jordan recognizes the importance of constantly evolving and being a lifelong learner. As she made her way through elementary and middle school and participated in speech contests, she realized the value of her voice and the power of knowledge. Her desire to help others fuels her pursuit to effectively handle matters and work diligently alongside her clients.
Her past experience includes working at law firms drafting complaints related to personal injury and medical malpractice, as well as familiarizing herself with case law pertaining to businesses and cybersecurity through diligent research. She also partnered with Legal Aid of NC and participated in pro-bono events. Her proudest accomplishment, however, remains getting sworn into the North Carolina State Bar with her grandmother in attendance and becoming the first attorney in her family.
Kayla is very family-oriented; she has two sets of twin brothers as siblings and frequently visits her mom in Knightdale on weekends for church and dinner. She also enjoys binge watching Netflix shows and baking homemade cookies. Several people close to her have survived breast cancer and glioblastoma and she is a strong supporter of survivors and research efforts to eradicate these diseases. For a vacation venue, she enjoys the clear blue water and white sands of the Bahamas.
