Olivia L. Perry

Attorney at Law

Olivia Perry focuses on North Carolina workers’ compensation law and enjoys learning the unique aspects of each client’s business. She serves as a trusted guide for clients navigating North Carolina law, providing support through every step of the process, from initial filings to hearings and appeals.

Recognizing that each case requires a customized approach, Olivia tailors her strategy to align with her clients’ needs and preferences, whether pursuing quick settlements or taking cases to litigation. She prioritizes clear communication, ensuring clients fully understand their options so they can make informed decisions at critical junctures in their cases.

Before joining Hedrick Gardner, Olivia gained hands-on workers’ compensation experience as a summer associate at a Raleigh law firm. She also broadened her legal perspective through an internship at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and an externship with the Honorable Lucy Inman at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. She  earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina, where she distinguished herself as Note Editor of the First Amendment Law Review and competed on the Intellectual Property Moot Court Team.

A proud double Tar Heel, Olivia is an enthusiastic Carolina football and basketball fan. When not cheering on her teams, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes and traveling. She spent a month solo traveling through Singapore and Thailand before law school, where she embraced opportunities to meet new people and join fellow travelers on their adventures. More recently, her travels have taken her to explore Italy and Germany.
