Rebecca L. Zoller

Partner

Becca Zoller has zero tolerance for letting Workers’ Compensation cases become more complicated than necessary. A partner in the firm’s Charlotte office, she helps employers and insurers manage risk and resolve Workers’ Compensation matters with confidence. With extensive experience representing clients before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and Court of Appeals, she recognizes that each case involves not only legal complexities but also significant business and human considerations.

Her approach is practical, responsive, and tailored to each client’s priorities. She values clear communication, straightforward guidance, and building long-term relationships based on trust. When you work with Becca, you can expect thoughtful advocacy, strategic insight, and a partner who is genuinely invested in your success.

Becca graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University.

She volunteers with the Council for Children’s Rights, where she advocates for the best interests of children caught in high-conflict custody disputes—ensuring their voices are heard and their rights protected during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

When she’s not working, Becca spends her time stepping on Legos, assembling snacks on demand, and negotiating with two spirited boys who counter any argument with questionable logic.
