Victoria “Tori” Bice thrives in the collision of ideas and cultures. Coming from a Chinese and rural Southern heritage, she keeps an open mind and inherent adaptivity when approaching her craft as a civil litigation attorney. Tori has capably handled a variety of matters in agriculture, education, and transportation regulation and policy, and is sure to apply her diverse knowledge to every client matter that comes across her desk.
Her experience includes clerkships across the greater southeastern U.S. drafting pleadings and court submissions, along with a four-year stint in various roles at the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. She is also a skilled writer, earning recognition as a Legal Research & Writing (LRW) Scholar at Campbell University, and wields appellate experience, having participated in a Moot Court Competition on property law litigation before North Carolina Supreme Court justices and Court of Appeals judges.
During her time off, Tori gravitates toward the beach, enjoys exploring restaurants in Wilmington, and working out at Orangetheory.
