Employment Applications
Applicants choose the data they share with Hedrick Gardner through our applicant tracking system. Applicants have the ability to update or change their personal data in the application system. This data is used for the purpose of managing our talent management and acquisition. This data is not shared outside of Hedrick Gardner except as needed for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Application data is retained for at least 4 years from an applicant’s last contact with the site.
