Biography

Jesse Ochoa delivers effectiveness and excellence on all levels, whether it’s one-on-one communication with a client or in the courtroom before a judge and jury. He recognizes the importance of utmost respect and transparency for each client he encounters, maintaining constant communication and observing even the minute details when approaching each matter.

Before relocating to North Carolina, Jesse handled various general liability cases as an associate attorney in South Florida, carefully managing large caseloads and executing planned strategies to negotiate settlements and obtain favorable judgments for his clients. Jesse also gained extensive experience handling discovery matters, depositions, mediations, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions and pleadings. His background includes work in general liability, product and professional liability as well as retail and construction law, medical-related suits, and fraud. His proudest moment involved his start-to-finish handling of a jury trial where a directed verdict on his motion was granted.

Jesse enjoys working out, pickleball and volleyball during his time off, as well as following the “big four” sports on TV, but prioritizes spending time with his wife, son, and dog.
