Robert Creech takes nothing at face value. He passionately digs deep into the details of each matter to determine the best defense for his clients.
During Law School, Robert was the Mississippi Sports Law Review Articles Editor. He practiced in the University of Mississippi School of Law Street Law Clinic, providing legal consultations in a food pantry which solidified his drive for giving back to the community. He also served with the Elder Law Clinic, drafting wills for the elderly.
Before joining Hedrick Gardner, Robert was a prosecutor for six years at district attorney’s offices in the Charlotte and Atlanta suburbs. As a prosecutor, he managed large caseloads involving a variety of offenses including insurance fraud, identity theft, and matters resulting in serious injuries. This experience provided him valuable insight that he utilizes in the defense of his clients today.
When not practicing law, Robert enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and Great Dane.
