Grant Simpkins recognizes the importance of preparedness and organized investigation when handling client matters, and he takes his disciplined and energetic approach to work daily as an associate in the Raleigh office at Hedrick Gardner. His legal practice primarily focuses on administrative law with an emphasis on occupational/professional licensing.
After graduating from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Political Science in 2016, Grant earned his J.D. at Campbell University School of Law in 2019, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Team, representing Campbell Law School at the National Moot Court Competition and the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, among others. After graduation, he served as the Campbell Law School Wallace Leadership Fellow from 2019-2020 and is currently on the Board of Directors of the school’s alumni association.
Grant leads an active lifestyle away from the office, playing soccer, running, hunting, and fishing during his down time, and he enjoys exploring the mountainous regions of North Carolina when he gets the chance.
