Biography

While at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, civil litigation was Julianna’s favorite subject. Therefore, being part of the firm’s civil litigation team is a perfect fit for her skill set and approach to practicing law. She brings an intellectual curiosity, analytical nature, and ability to create persuasive arguments to the team. On the client side, Julianna truly believes there is something to learn from every person you meet and that it is important to go through life with an open-minded attitude and kindness toward others. This translates to valuing the personal feelings and needs of each client and striving to provide a work product and a level of service that exceeds their expectations.

During her law school years, Julianna developed her legal skills as a Federal Judicial Intern for the Honorable Karen K. Caldwell in Lexington, Kentucky where she drafted opinions, wrote memorandums, analyzed legal issues, and conducted legal research. She also worked as a law clerk for a private firm where she had the opportunity to help with trial preparation. Her other law school activities included serving as Secretary of Trial Advocacy Board and of the staff of the Kentucky Journal of Equine and Natural Resources Law.

Julianna, the first lawyer in her family, has plenty of interests away from work. She enjoys reading, being outdoors, attending concerts, and traveling. Her favorite destinations are Boston, and Salem, Massachusetts, and Iceland. But her real passion is going on adventures with her 12-year-old chocolate lab and riding horses, which she has done her entire life.
