Lee is an attorney in the firm’s Columbia office where his practice focuses primarily in the areas of civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense. Lee’s experience includes representing a wide array of clients in various venues across South Carolina. In addition to representing our firm’s clients in defending claims in state and federal court, Lee has also represented clients before the South Carolina Public Service Commission, the Administrative Law Court, and the South Carolina appellate courts. He is an active member of the Richland County Bar Association, as well as the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association.
Lee graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe and also received the CALI award in Contracts II.
A native of California, Lee came to South Carolina where he obtained a degree in Political Science at the University of South Carolina before attending law school. Lee met his wife while they were both attending law school and, together, they have two children. Lee and his family enjoy traveling, beaches, skiing, and good food.
